Jimmy shrank back against a telephone poll. “I’m not a lady!”
“Really?” the man leered.
He lunged forward, laughing at the blonde’s startled shriek. His filthy hands grasped Jimmy’s sparkly blue coat.
“Hey!” a hand curled around the back of his shirt, yanking him back. He landed on the floor with a pained “oof!”.
Chazz glared down at the offender,” Back off, man.” Turning to Jimmy, he offered a hand,” C’mon, princess.”
Halfway down the block, Jimmy whispered,” I was so scared!”
Chazz smirked,” Don’t worry, partner. Stick with the Chazz, and you’ll be safe.”
